• How does your decision-making process compare to your peers' process?

The decision matrix is the best way to get the full picture in any business to help decide the best outcome. This could be used literally anywhere in business or technology. For example, Apple can use the decision matrix on creating their new product by looking each option they have available. They can look at manufacturing costs, marketing solutions, and the design of the product.

The most challenging part for me was making sure that each column made sense and that it fit in the column 100%. I tend to go back and forth a lot because I want to make sure I have the exact right answer. My recommendation would be doing more research on the specific ways many companies use different types of technology. There are so many different ways that I know I have never even thought about, so being able to fully understand how they are used would have been more helpful for me.
