1. Describe your own skills and experience and evaluate your ability to perform each of these roles.

2. For the role(s) where you are less strong, what steps could you take to compensate for your skills in these areas?

The entrepreneurial (Strategic) part of your business focuses on

  • What are the important methods and objectives needed to get there?

The managerial (Organization) part of your business focuses on

The technical (Production) part of your business focuses on

• How the work will get done
