You have two drives, one solid state and one disk, both of which have been struck with a hammer (dented but not destroyed), burnt in a furnace, and then dumped in a river. Is data recovery feasible from any of these drives? How come/how come not? If so, how would you go about it? If not, how would you discover proof that the destroyed device had evidence?
