Identify the benefits, advantages, and disadvantages of implementing a robot arm into the chosen process. This also includes why you choose to solve this problem, and what you expect for a good solution. Ask questions for example: why this application, how should it be carried out effectively, what will this robot look like or have $($features$)$ in order to pecform the tasks that are required for a good solution.

Specify Requirements

Write out the operational and feature specifications for this arm. How much will your robot cost? Analyze the cost of the robot that you will use. What requirements will this robot meet $($features it will have$)$ in order to do the work you intended? Describe the economic$/$noneconomic justifications for purchasing and installing the robot arm. Why would your organization allow you to install this robot arm?

Prepare an implementation and installation plan: how are you going to sell this idea to people above you $($your managers and supervisors$)$ so that they would give you the approval that you need or allow you to make the required changes and install this application?
