Situation: A brief description of what the company is trying to solve. Tasks involved in overcoming the challenge: What tasks have been identified or implemented by the company? Actions taken by the company: What actions were taken by the company to improve or address the issue. Results of the implementation of the actions: What impact did the implementation have? Were there benefits or detrimental impacts of the implementation? What were they? Was there a monetary or efficiency gain with the implementation? You should have more than one source of information for your case study. Make sure you cite it
