Provide a few examples of specific trends related to both (1 segment and 1 force) and indicate whether they represent an opportunity and/or threat.

2.Considering your current/prospective employer (or current entrepreneurial venture), discuss at least one of its capabilities. Is this capability a core competency? Explain. Are there areas of the company's operations that should be considered for outsourcing? If so, what are 1 or 2 of these areas and why should they be outsourced. If not, explain why in your view no outsourcing is needed. Be sure to clearly identify your current/potential employer or entrepreneurial venture, incorporate relevant module concepts, and provide support for your assessments.
