Leong made an offer to sell his motor workshop to Jason at RM800,000. Jason agrees to buy it if Leong reduces the price to RM500,000. He also wants Leong to renovate the toilet first. Unhappy with Jason's response, Leong sold the shop to Ah Seng who was willing to pay RM800,000 for it in its present condition.
