do the same for this but do it as i was teaching soccer: If I were to teach someone how to catch a baseball, I would show that person videos of people catching a baseball with their glove, then I would start by tossing a baseball at the person at a slow velocity until they are able to catch it. I would then increase the velocity until they could adjust to it. I would not be big on demonstrations on people catching baseballs. I would rather have my students figure it out
