DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE? WHY

I chose the Code of Conduct for Best buy. I believe this does help with the employees being more socially responsible for things. If you are an employee of anywhere and you wear the brand outside of that company you will still want to be respectful because you are still representing that company with the name on your shirt. Whether or not you are working or not.

I believe my job has a code of conduct.

As a large company you would want to have a code of ethics in place, so you can hire people that will follow the procedures that are in place and will continue to follow them when they are training new employees.

Code of ethics also helpful to show the customers what your business is and it would help to draw in customers.

Weaknesses would be there would be alot for a new hiree or customer to read and whether or not they actually read it all.
