TEAM MEMBERS

I do not think everyone can easily become a good team member. Someone who has trouble working with teams would be someone who is stubborn and who always thinks they are correct. It is one thing to be confident in your work but to assume you are always correct and never can make a mistake is not someone who would make a good team member in my eyes. I don't always agree with groups because some people are better working by themselves and can accomplish more work this way. Some stuff that help promote good team member behavior is communication and reliability. Having a team that clearly communicates with one another and for said work to be done by a certain time will make the team more on track this way if there is a problem, adequate time can be allotted to determine the best possible solution.
