Zoom Video Communications has become one of the most dominant video conferencing platforms since its inception. One key ingredient for its success is the corporate culture it deploys. Founded in 2011 it now has more share value than all US airlines combined, this is partly helped by the COVID19 outbreak. The CEO has 99% approval rating by the 1200+ employees because of his vision of corporate culture. He believes that company culture will dictate sustainable product development. Here are some of the element of their corporate culture (Nordi, 2018):

• Core component of the value statement is about caring for employees, team members oneself and community.
• Employees are encouraged demonstrate caring about one another. There is what they call happiness crew who facilitate caring about employees, families and communities
• All new hires attend training about team building in a place where it is suitable to make bonding. They are also expected to mentorship programs
• Office setup is well suited for communication with full supplies, yoga math, comfort table meals etc.
• Priority is delivering happiness to all stake holders
• The CEO is committed and is the initiator of such a happy workplace culture
