Do you think law firms or lawyers keep lawsuits alive just to make more money? Do you think if you were a plaintiff or defendant you might have a difficult time settling the case because you would be too emotionally connected to the lawsuit? Isn't your attorney better able to decide whether or not to settle your case? Do attorneys just rollover and settle cases because they need the money to pay their own bills? Any thoughts?
