Reflect upon what's known about Corporate Culture. You'll notice that not all the same aspects of "successful" culture translate across companies and industries. Think about 10x Genomics and the culture they may have already in place. Then think about the company and what it could look like if they continue to grow and have multiple employees.

1. Guess which quadrant of the competing values framework you would think they could find the most success and why. 2. Now think broadly in the industry in which your Living Case company operates. Examine if you think their existing culture and cultural norms looks like a company in their space would look. How do they look against an industry leader? 3. Analyze if you think the existing culture is productive or could become a roadblock either now or in the future.
