Does anyone know how to link article snippets as seen in this photo to blackboard?

I already know there is a way to add a hyperlink to a post on a discussion or journal entry by clicking on the chainlink and entering in a URL, but that method just highlights and underscores the website hmtl text.

But this method in the picture shown, previews the link with an article summary and an image. Wanting to know how to add this sort of article summary, image snippet link into blackboard, discussion post. Seems some students know how, most dont. Any solid answers would be greatly appreciated and of course recieve a thumbs up. Thanks again.
