If the materials are in stock, they are sent to any department 1. If the materials are not in stock, then the requisition is sent to the accounting department and store's record. The accounting department issues check on vendor when invoice is required. The vendor sends the invoice form to the accounting department. Materials requisition is sent from the store's record to travel record, and then to purchasing department. The purchasing department sends three requisition quotes, 1, 2, and 3, to the vendor, and issues three purchase orders, P O, 1, 2, and 3, to the vendor and to the accounting department. The vendor communicates with the purchasing department. Materials go to the using department, and the invoice is received by the accounting department
