does this article exclude anyone from receiving uniform reimbuARTICLE X WORKING CONDITIONS Section 1. If uniforms are required, or an employee voluntarily wants to wear a uniform and it's approved by Employer, it is agreed that the Employer shall, at its own expense, furnish and maintain them. The employees, on their part, agree to take good care of such uniforms and to wear them only in the course of their duties during working hours and during lunchtime. Each employee shall receive reimbursement for the lesser of actual expenses or three hundred dollars ($300) per year as uniform allowance for work shoes, safety glasses, business clothing items, or accessories complementary to the uniform or other specified dress requirements established by Employer. Reimbursable items do not include items that may commonly be worn at times or places other than work for Employer. Employer shall not unreasonably deny requests for uniform repairs or replacements necessary to maintain a professional level appearance. Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted (1) to create an obligation to wear uniforms where such obligation did not otherwise exist or (2) to limit Employer's right to establish or amend reasonable dress code policies. An employee has the option of submitting a single reimbursement request once each contract year for the entire uniform allowance, certify the purpose of the reimbursement on a form provided by Employer, and receive a non-taxed payment through the payroll system
