Given the domain of Recommendation systems, identify an application system using the GDS to show the applicability of the GDS. Support your application selection with existing works or literature. Perform the following task for the identified application problem:

i. Describe the application problem.

ii. Discuss the GDS design solution for the application.

iii. Discuss the algorithm to access and work with the GDS.

iv. Propose how to implement the designed GDS and algorithms solution of the application domain (include use-case diagram and the propose programming language to implement the solution later). Justify your proposal and selection.

Technical Paper. Prepare a technical report to follow IEEE Conference format (8-20 pages) with the following structure:

ii. Introduction Overview, motivation and objective of your technical paper.

iii. Backgrounds Background concepts on GDS and algorithms.
