Donabedian's three components demonstrate is a model that gives a stage to look at and assessing the medicinal services benefits based on 3 classes, i.e. structure, process and results. This model can be utilized to look at the nature of heart disappointment (HF) illness because of diminished left ventricular discharge division which is the significant reason for death.

Examples are:

Structure: Includes equipments (e.g. ECG), facilities, staff involved in cardiac related diseases.

Process: Diagnosis and treatment of disease.
