For item (2), TD does not interfere the audit procedures performed by the auditor which is by their own professional judgement. However, TD understood that the auditor that they have already finished checking on the directorship of the company and therefore would not request further documents from you. For items (4) and 6), TD does not have prescribed formats of control documents. As per our phone conversation today's morning, please provide your existing control documents (e.g. existing Octopus reader register with movements and screen captures photos of the Octopus transaction upload records) to auditor for their assessments. For item (5), as requested, TD would re-issue the testing adjustment letter for testing performed on 25 Aug 2024 by email today. Please provide it with the auditor if requested.
