Draft a three-page Executive Order, in which constitutional issues are identified in the six overarching homeland security missions(https://www.dhs.gov/mission) as they relate to addressing current risks or threats and the Department of Homeland Security agency (Note: Some issues may not be relevant to the agency. If this is the case, please leave them out). The Executive Order will not address all of government, just this agency or department and any other agencies or departments that are directly relevant (e.g. An agency that must provide information for your agency to respond to the Executive Order). The Executive Order should establish mechanisms within your agency to ensure there are procedures to protect constitutional rights.

This should specifically address homeland security or homeland defense mission space (notnational security). It may be written in such a manner that it is focused towards the department/agency/entity that is the Department of Homeland Security.
