minimum length of 5.25 m and a maximum length of 5.75 m .
Corridors providing access to hotel rooms from lift/stair core(s) to be a minimum
width of 2.4 m .
Columns are not permitted in the atrium area or to intrude into corridors and hotel
rooms.
Headroom height in hotel rooms and dining halls to be a minimum of 3 m . This
headroom height includes the services zone.
Fire resistance of 2.0 hours is required.
