$2.$ Take the information in the table above and put it into Microsoft Project. Put the Activities in the Task Name, duration in days and the predecessors. Have Microsoft Project highlight the critical tasks$/$path$.$ You can also look at the Network diagram in Project and compare to what you have in the above assignment. Save the project plan and include in the assignment or take a snapshot and include here in this document.

$3.$ Find the critical path$($s$)$ from the information in the table. Identify the critical path$($s$)$ and the number of days the critical path$($s$)$ is$/$are$.$ You can do either free form or MS Project for this question but make sure you clearly identify the critical path$($s$)$ and number of days.

$4.$ What should you do as a Project Manager if you find you have more than $1$ critical path on your project. Support your discussion with a reference.
