Draw two floor plans, A-A and B-B sections, and elevations of the south and east facades of
the house whose ground floor and first floor plans are given.
The final assignments will be drawn on letterhead paper. Two floor plans will be drawn on a
single A3 drawing paper. Attention should be paid to alignments. Two sections will be drawn
on an A4 paper, and two elevations will be drawn on a another A4 paper. It is expected that
all dimensions (levels and dimension lines) of the drawings will fit on the papers.
The height of the ground floor is 320 cm.
The roof of the house is a gable roof. Roof ridge and eaves traces are given in the plans. Draw
the roof with a slope of 33%, taking the bottom elevation of the eave as 590 cm.
The riser on interior stairs will be 20 cm, and the riser on external stairs will be 15 cm.
Write the internal and external dimensions. Also write the levels in appropriate places. Add
furnishing to wet areas (bathroom and kitchen) in plan and section drawings
