During audit, auditors found that fleet assets verification is not done properly. A truck went for repairs to a certain workshop but upon arrival workshop manager informed auditors that the truck moved to another workshop. Managers should ensure that when assets are moved from one location to another, an asset movement form should be completed and approved by delegated official.
