During extensive observations of the operating room turnover process in Prentice Pavillion, it was noted that when there are more than 2 housekeepers turning over a room it can be very chaotic, which has led to the team re-wiping surfaces, and sometimes missed areas. If this process will continue to be utilized, the team will need to work together cohesively. 

 

According to the observation above, What should the training sessions include, what are the agenda/training materials? Who should lead the training sessions? Time of training? Team Building Sessions-what will these sessions include? Goals? Who could lead the training sessions? what are some details on how the goal be achieve?
