During my first class I learned some basic elements of project management and the trends associated with data science and their influence on project management methodology.

Each person has different level of knowledge and experience. Some are highly experienced project or line managers, some are technical leaders, while some need more development in specific areas of leadership. Iso my group get familiar with some basic project management concepts, so that we can effectively participate in the first on-campus session, while tailoring your learning experience to your own development needs and plans.
