During the Individual Practice years, you must complete and submit a record of decisions made for each area within the simulation - such as Marketing, Finance, Technology, etc.- as well as the rationale and specific strategic reasons for each of those decisions. Please be aware that once one year closes, the next year will be opened for you to start making decisions. You cannot go back to years that have closed to make changes, however, you can go back to years to retrieve information for your report. Be sure you are in the correct decisions year when logging information on your report
