During the process of developing your Quality Improvement project, the input of stakeholders and the interprofessional QI team, the primary people who will benefit from the outcomes, needs to be considered. As you know from your identification assignment, stakeholders have various investments and interest levels that directly affect how you need to approach and engage them to ensure their buy-in for implementation of your proposed project. Begin by reading all content in the above Lesson and Assigned Readings Review feedback received on the Stakeholder Identification Worksheet . Write a paper identifying the stakeholders for your QI project including the following: o Identify stakeholders for your proposed project (Stakeholders are "people or groups - each with a unique perspective - who have an interest in health care decisions concerning the quality improvement project) . Identify the Interprofessional QI Team. Discuss your plan of communication to gather stakeholder perspectives . Analyze how you plan to engage each of the stakeholders and member of the interprofessional QI team in your proposal Discuss who might be included in project team roles for inter-professional collaboration. What will the team members role be? ( Stakeholders may or may not be included. Which team members will be directly involved in developing and implementing the project) . Discuss how you will address stakeholder concerns about your project . Include a closing paragraph to summarize the project idea, the need for stakeholder support and how stakeholder support is achieved . The paper should be APA format and include at least 2 scholarly references . It should be 3-4 pages of content with additional title and reference pages Appropriate headings should be used for each section of content Remember that references are preferably within the past 3-5years, and should not exceed 10 years .
