An online store determines the shipping cost for an order based on the following criteria:

Order Value $($Part $1)$: The order is at least $$50($Yes$/$No$).$

Order Value $($Part $2)$: The order is at least $$100($Yes$/$No$).$

Is Express Shipping: The customer selects express shipping $($Yes$/$No$).$

Is Member: The customer has a membership $($Yes$/$No$).$

Shipping Cost Logic

Scenario $1$: If the order value is $$100$ or more and the customer is a member, they get free shipping.

Scenario $2$: If the order value is between $$50$ and $$100$ and it is express shipping, the shipping cost is $$10.$

Scenario $3$: If the order value is under $$50,$ the shipping cost is $$5,$ regardless of other conditions.

Scenario $4$: Any other combination receives a $$7$ shipping cost.
