Each group is to submit a group assignment. The assignment is as follows: 1. Teams are required to make a video or podcast recording their interactions with each other over the duration of the semester. The interactions needs to be analyzed through the lens of the SDI. Students can use any platform they wish. If the file is too big to upload, students can upload the file to YouTube and provide the instructor a link. 2. The purpose of the exercise is to analyze their group interactions throughout the course. 3. Each group member needs to identify their Motivational Value System and Conflict series in the group video or podcast 4. The total recording time needs to be a minimum of 8 minutes. 5. Each member in the team must identify their own Motivational Value System (MVS) and Conflict Series (CS) at the beginning of the podcast. Identify your name, MVS and CS. I must hear this from each member in the podcast or video. 6. The assignment will be marked based on the teams' ability to analyze their interactions using the SDI materials, each member participating in the discussion and the technical exceptions being met 7. This project will be graded on how well the team presents an in-depth analysis of their interactions over the duration of the semester. The expectation is that students will honestly discuss how they felt with their teammates and the experiences they had throughout the course. This needs to be done in relation to discussing and understanding your SDI. I expect to hear about times when things went well, when you were optimal in your MVS and when you shifted into your CS. I want to know about when things did not go so well with your team and how you felt. What was the shift like for you? How did you feel? What did you do to turn things around and resolve the conflict(s)? Were you able to manage in times of conflict? Describe these situations. It is not my expectation that everything was perfect.
