Each paper should critique and analyze material from a given week of your choosing. These papers should not simply summarize a topic, but rather be critical and open reflections of the material, such as by integrating them with various weeks and/or incorporating your own personal experiences and application to your life. Your reflection can range from thoughts about everyday experiences and interactions; prior decisions and future goals. You are encouraged to make these personal and resonate with your interpretation of the material.
For each Reflection Paper:
- disscuss about Ethics
- You can focus on one topic from a given week, as opposed to the entire week's material, but you can only discuss content from a given week once (e.g., can't discuss decision-making and learning).
- Reflect on that topic as it relates to your personal/work life or plans for the future work environments. This can include a critical consideration to how our discussion changed your perceptions of a topic or if you are still uncertain or disagree about an idea. Thoughtfulness is key.
- Explain why this reflection matters to you and what you have learned.
