To be clear, the questions in this test do not have a single correct answer, at the exclusion of all other possible answers. The questions are purposefully designed to elicit students understanding of the concepts via discussion and presentation of examples (clearly and rigorously justified).
The four questions are:
1. What are your key learnings about interdisciplinary knowledge and how it relates to supply chain problems? 2. Evaluate the effectiveness of the typical Sales and Operations Planning Process against its objectives. Include identification of typical issues and risks. Provide insight into your strategy to set up a highly efficient and effective S&OP process? 3. Conceptualise a struggling manufacturer's action plan to mitigate the risks associated with Bullwhip Effect. Focus on actions the Supply Chain Manager should take that involve advanced communication techniques and technology. 4. What is the role of technology in helping modern supply chain management? Give an example.
