Each student in MBA $580$ will be part of a team for the class project with a presentation and written report at the end of the semester. This class project is not a research project, but instead should focus on a case study or studies as the team decides. The overall topic should be chosen by the team before individual submissions are made from the following: Corporate Governance, Administrative Law, Contracts$/$ Dispute Resolution, Commercial Speech. Cases must be current and I expect cases to be dated from no earlier than the past $2$ years.

Preparation $-$ This part of the project will be graded on an individual basis. Each team member is expected to research a case study $($example$)$ of a company or situation involving the topic chosen by the team. You should prepare a $1-2$ page summary of why you chose that case or example and explain how it pertains to the topic. This individual project should be coordinated among all members of the team to ensure that duplicate examples are not being prepared. This submission will be counted as part of your participation grade.
