Each student is required to develop an individual Leadership Development Plan (LDP) reflecting the results and evaluation of the textbook content, lectures and activities completed during this course leading to a detailed SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. The LDP should clearly demonstrate a synthesis of relevant leadership theories (at least three, not all from the same chapter) explored in this class in the formulation of a personal action plan that includes specific development activities, necessary resources, and target completion date. The LDP should be no less than 5 pages in length, excluding the title page, table of contents and bibliography/references page (APA format).

Select a leadership role/position you want to pursue in your desired profession or industry. Example, Manager of Human Resource department, Real Estate Agent, or Business Owner of your online business (Page 2)
