Each student will conduct a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) on a selected hospitality enterprise in one of the following industries: hotels/motels, restaurants, casinos, cruise ships, camping/RV parks, golf courses, or sports stadiums.

• Projects must be based on your own research - talking or engaging to people involved in the property management division of the company/organization, including / OR research collected from library resources, website(s), news outlets, journal articles, and case studies.
• You will review and analyze front office operations, physical property, marketing, and financial techniques/strategies.
• Your project should address and include the following:
