Each team will create a Change Management plan for implementing one of the EMR systems presented in HCIN500 last semester. The hospital chosen already has an EMR, but the overall performance was not adequate and a decision was taken to replace them with your new EMR. Your Change Management Plan will integrate with the implementation plan created as HCIN500 Project 2. Critical sections (described in detail) of the proposed addition to your Plan will address all aspects of the project, including project management, data security, and overall execution strategy
