eadership style is something that is very important for any leader. There are so many ways to be a good leader. One style may not be appropriate for every personality, or for every job. Some styles may be more suitable for certain roles. Additionally, some personalities may gravitate toward a specific style. There are so many ways to be an excellent leader, and leadership really is not a one size fits all concept. I will begin by discussing my own leadership style.
