Eduvos Database Management Model
Eduvos is undergoing significant growth due to a renewed interests in its special programs over the years. The Institute has recruited you to design an efficient, relational database consisting of parents, students, specializations, subjects, exam administrator, and department entities for its exam management purpose. The database will keep information about students, including full name, date of birth, contact number, address as well as admission date. *Each student is uniquely identified by a student identity. Since each student is enrolled by his or her parent, the parents details such as full name, contact number, physical address and a unique identifier are recorded. This ensures that parents have access to their childs academic report/record for easy performance tracking. To facilitate timely completion of academic programs, a student is only allowed to register for specialization at a time, with several specializations comprising of various subjects. Each specialization is identified by a number, contains a title and it is pitched at a particular NQF level. The subject is described by an identity, name and number of units where applicable. On every subject, exam administrator who works in a specified department schedules an exam, so that students can attempt them. Details of the exam must be recorded including the description, date on which the exam is conducted, mark obtained through the exam administrators. At Eduvos, the students are allowed to write an exam for any course until they pass the course. For future reference, an exam history consisting of the date on which the exam was taken, and mark received for each exam taken is recorded. Thus, repeated exam marks are captured when an exam is written more than once before a student pass the exam. Only the latest mark is retained in the exam schedule for every subject. The exam administrator has a name and a phone number which may be used to contact her in case of an emergency. Although there are several departments at Eduvos, an exam administrator is only allowed to work for a particular department. These departments are located in various campus across the country. A department is known by its name and identity number. Similarly, the campus is recognised by its unique number, name and address. The database design will facilitate efficient management processes of the institution. Use the scenario presented in Question 1 to complete the following question(s):

have been resolved as presented in a table below.
(9 Marks)
Note: The contents in the above tables are for reference purpose and may be incorrect
