Congratulations! The candidate that you supported for the position of Global Talent Manager in Jumia has been successful in reaching the short list of candidates. Your organization is preparing for a final decision on this new position at their new location overseas.

Because you performed so well on the Search Committee to date, you have caught your CEOs attention. It is apparent that your expertise gained in your MBA program, in particular your course in Strategic Global Talent Management, will be called upon to put together a comprehensive plan to support this new position of Global Talent Manager in Country X .

In 500 to 800 words, and supported using concepts from Strategic Global talent Management/HRM , you are to provide a comprehensive plan for upper management that will include a discussion of the emergent issues related to organizational culture and fit, national culture and, final selection of and training and development for the successful candidate, in particular related to cross-culture models, performance management and rewards and employee relations, and any relevant discussion related to flexible work and equity and diversity .
