Effective managers are good at both framing their own arguments and reacting to argument of others. Think of a topic/issue that you feel very strongly about.

a. Do a little "ranting" on the issue/topic. Write some very strong emotional statements about this issue or topic. 4-5 Sentences.

b. Imagine going to others to convince them to share your perspective on the issues/topic. Argument- Reasoning.

c. Learning- Support your claims and proposals in a systematic and concise way.
