eflect using Gibb's reflective model $($using citation$)$: In session one we discussed the skills an entrepreneur must have to succeed. During the discussion we had within the class, we agreed that a successful entrepreneur must have the following skills:

$$ Be an Open listener

$$ Be flexible and adapt to changes

$$ Open$-$minded

$$ Management skills

$$ Be Resilience

$$ Be active and not passive

$$ Correct measuring of risks

In the questions that followed, such as$,$ why we have decided to make the MBA, what will be our next move after the MBA both professionally and personally, any challenges we foresee in making our next move, and what skill and competencies will help us overcome those challenges, we got into a discussion within our group and each person had a different point to consider. Some people decide to do the MBA just to add it to their CV and look for a promotion in their company or to move to another company and others as a challenge for themselves, to learn new things and to explore their thinking and knowledge to other important areas.

I realized that each person had a different thinking and approach to the reasons for selecting the MBA but also on the challenges ahead for a future professional and personal move. As for the Skills that an entrepreneur must have, it was agreed by all, that the above$-$mentioned skills are a must in today's business world, although each one focuses on different skills that will help them overcome those challenges. It was interesting for all of us to realise that some of those skills will work for some people more than for others, depending on their own character, mentality and culture but also on their own particular needs in the working environment.

This process allowed all of us to evaluate our own strong and weak skills but also identify, those skills that we must possess in our position and ways that specific skills will enable us to improve more and more in the execution of our duties. During the discussions, almost all of the peers in the group, identified how specific skills can help us in carrying out our jobs better but also on a personal level, giving specific examples of how it helped each one of us$.$

In conclusion, I believe that within the group discussion, we clearly identified the advantages and the benefits that an entrepreneur can have by possessing these skills but also the need to always look for improvements and be flexible to learn new things and be ready to adjust in today$$s rapidly changing environment.

In this rapidly changing world, each entrepreneur must be ready to learn new approaches, and new tactics, educate and challenge himself$/$herself through continuous learning, and always be flexible to make such changes to improve his skills and working practices.
