There are a lot of similarities and differences between the employability report before and after undertaking this unit. I have always had good time management, completed tasks to the best of my ability, and am always on time. But I can now set more realistic goals within a given timeframe. I utilise digital technologies well but have now learnt how to better my research to associate it with my studies and the given question better. I have also known how to use the digital world to improve my employability status by using LinkedIn. I never had the habit of asking questions during a lesson as I was too shy. But I have now gained the confidence and learnt that it is good to ask questions and consult teachers and peers to improve myself. I can now identify my key strength and weaknesses. I have also been able to identify the essential skills and values needed in the corporate world if I were to become a Corporate specialist officer in IRAS
