They agreed that Nasir would deliver it and meet at a local caf near Mikes place. On the day of delivery, Nasir called Mike and agreed to meet at 11 am. However, on arrival, Mike did not pick up Nasirs call but replied via text, saying, Theres no way Im going to buy this camera from you; I have just found the same camera with lenses at $500, sorry. Nasir told him to refund him the $50 he had paid for an Uber. Does Nasir have any right to sue Mike for filing to buy the camera? Is Mike liable for the transport cost incurred by Nasir?
