Eric is a window cleaner. He knows that the occupants of Flat 11C Golden Heights are on holiday as they told him they were going away. He knows that the owners have a very valuable gold statue. He decides to go in and steal.

Once inside he sees a collection of CDs, and decides to take them and puts them under his arm. Just as he is about to leave the house the occupier Tom comes out of the bedroom and confronts Eric. Eric picks up a statute and hits tom several times breaking his arm and fracturing his cheek. When Tom is lying on the floor Eric runs out of the apartment with the CDs

Two weeks later Tom has partly recovered and whilst walking in the street he sees Eric in the street. He says to Eric, "I'll chop you up into little pieces if you don't hand over $10000 right now as compensation for my injuries. Eric hands over the money. Tom then says..." I'll be back to visit you for another $10000, and if you know what's best for you you'll pay up."
