During a break during your work shift you are sitting with friends when you overhear another employee at another table sharing with his friend that he is very discontent with his supervisor and the organization due to a new policy that has been implemented. Apparently, it has affected the number of work hours he will get and puts him into a part-time position where he will lose some of his benefits in addition to having less income. You hear him say thathe has been posting negative comments on his Facebook and LinkedIn accounts so that others will know what a bad company he works for. He also admitted to sharing proprietary information about his job to get back at the company.
