   Your project will consist of a 3-4 page typed double-spaced paper. Not including cover page and reference page APA Style

   ( You do not have to do an abstract-you can ). You are going to choose a company from the list ( If you have another idea /company that has to know ethical issues and you would like to use that company then please let me know prior to doing that company.

   1. Brief description and background of the company- please include the CEO and upper management. Include if they were involved in the ethical issues in the company. Also, include what happened to the CEO since ethics became public knowledge. If there are multiple ethical issues, just give me a general sense regarding the CEO.
   2. Mission and Vision of the company
   3. Who is the target market or the customer- please just describe briefly? Did the target market leave since the ethical issues? If more than one issue please discuss in the general sense.
   4. What is the revenue for this company? Just a general sense if the company is making money? Losing money? Are they successful? Did the ethical situations affect the finances of the company?
   5. Describe briefly any major ethical issues or violations briefly describe the facts.
   6. What direction did the company go? What was the decision made by the company once the ethical issues were discovered?
   7. Discuss what decision the company made and what the outcome was of the decision and the ethical issue.
   8. Reference page APA style
