This problem causes delays, misunderstandings, and people doing the same work twice. It makes projects take longer and reduces productivity. It also affects new employees learning their jobs and experienced workers, which can harm the company's efficiency, customer satisfaction, and even employee happiness and retention. I also realize that I might have biases that could affect how I see the problem. For example, I might assume that simply introducing new communication tools will fix everything. I could overlook other issues, like company culture or structural barriers, that make communication difficult. Thinking resistance is mainly about logistics rather than attitudes or beliefs.
