What is the nine factor for each position assigned and level/point value based on the content of the job.

What is the final ranking tab for the 2 position based on the total points assigned. If you believe you want to modify the ranking based on your knowledge/experience/own research, feel free to do so-- just provide an explanation why you are making those adjustments.
