Evaluation Process within the District (District 158, Huntley, IL)

Students will review their school district policy specific to the evaluation cycle and process of certified staff. Provide details specific to the following aspects of the district's current evaluation policy: an explanation of the district's "theory of change" a balance of quantitative and qualitative indicators data collection processes and responsibilities of all parties involved a view of how evaluation data was developed over time and how it is monitored, used, and incorporated into program development, implementation, and refinement evidence of expected outcomes the incorporation of internal and/or external stakeholder input Identify at least one issue with the current evaluation efforts, and make at least one recommendation as to how the district could improve the evaluation process.
