Task

$($For a challenge$)$ Write a program that strips out ANSI C comments, so that all characters

between $\frac{?}{?}***$ and $**\frac{*}{?}$ pairs are removed, including the four characters that make up the

comment delimiters.

a slash can appear $/$ and might $/$ or might $//$ not $///*$
